Onward Search has an agency client in Denver looking for a Naming Specialist / Copywriter to join their team to help clients reach audiences through compelling and well-written messaging. This is an ongoing freelance opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the creative and account teams
  • Conceiving, and executing, ideas for a variety of campaigns including but not limited to online, interactive, print, in-store, environmental, mobile and social
  • Writing and revising innovative and imaginative copy according to creative briefs and deadlines
  • Performing ongoing research on current industry trends to maintain fresh and relevant perspective in all communications

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in an agency
  • BA/BS in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism or Advertising/Marketing with copywriting focus or equivalent experience
  • Innovative and conceptual thinking across various media types, including interactive
  • Must be able to draft concepts, presentations, correspondence and other written materials as required
  • Experience with naming, branding and identity
