Onward Search is on the hunt for an Integrated Media Supervisor to join our Ad Agency client for a Full-Time position.

You must have experience in DRTV (direct response TV) in order to be considered for this position.

You'll be responsible for the management of key day-to-day client relationships and the supervision and functioning of the media team, ensuring that all initiatives are strategically and creatively on target, delivered on time and on budget. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day client management, reporting, interpretation of response data, next steps, recommendations and overall problem-solving associated with the creation, development and implementation of a successful ad campaign across media – particularly TV and digital.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Act as client relationship manager, understand clients’ marketing objectives and work closely with the media buying and analytics teams to develop strategies that meet those objectives on a daily basis
  • Act as a primary advocate for clients’ brands on accounts, ensuring brand consistency across all projects; actively acquire thorough knowledge of clients’ businesses to meet objectives
  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Media Planner in his/her direct responsibilities; enable and encourage exceptional performance from team

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working for ad agencies and/ or media agencies
  • Must have a solid understanding of direct response marketing and DRTV experience
  • Must be poised, and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have prior experience managing/ mentoring team members
  • Must have experience working with software including: MRI, Scarborough, Kantar, comScore, Sizmek, Telmar, DCM, etc.


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
