Onward Search is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative department for one of our clients in Denver.

While managing the creative department and take a hands-on approach to the conception and execution of dynamic creative projects. This will include mentoring the talent on your team, stretching their creative boundaries, and working directly with executives and the Marketing team on internal brand work.

Skills:

  • Experience building, mentoring and leading creative teams to create compelling creative concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively to clearly develop and articulate brand concepts and marketing campaign ideas
  • Provide clear direction to a team of 5 working across multiple platforms including OOH, Email, Social, Direct Mail, Print, Collateral and more

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a creative director or associate creative director
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in design, marketing or advertising)
  • Experience working in-house at a wellness, fitness, lifestyle and/or community-driven brand is preferable
  • Experience with B2C marketing
