Onward works with a cool experiential design group that is looking to add an SR 3D DESIGNER to the team. This designer will have to bring something extra to the table aside from exceptional 3D skills...we're looking for a background in architecture and environmental design who understands the marketing behind the design and who can work with a myriad of people. The designer of choice brings the ability to take visualizations to a new level, who can collaborate with a team of big-picture thinkers and who can take a brand on a journey to an immersive experience for those who witness it.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to sketch, design and create compelling concepts into space plans, renderings & white models
  • Design with strategy & story-telling in mind that grabs your colleagues and clients
  • Work within the constraints provided by the client's requirements & budget but still create amazing work
  • Collaborative nature - work creatively within the team and directly with clients
  • Professional, confident communicator
  • Deadline and team-driven - making sure everyone looks good on time and point with deliverables required
  • Apply design and marketing trends to your work and stay on top of them
  • Solution-oriented, problem solver and design master

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in Exhibit Design, Architecture or related
  • 6-10 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Proven experience with trade shows, live events, pop, conference design, sponsorship activations for known brands
  • 3D Studio Max, VRay preferred, but Maya ok as well
  • Adobe Suite mastery
  • AutoCAD
  • Able to work with presentation software: KeyNote and PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge of fabrication, building materials, digital technology & event production
  • Unreal or Unity a plus
