An advertising agency is seeking an account coordinator to join their team for a long term contract.
Account Coordinator responsibilities:
Updating all relevant marketing/business portals.
Uploading/archiving files to the client’s industry-specific cloud storage tool.
Maintaining estimate files and project history files for all assigned accounts.
Processing new project work orders, assigning job numbers, and coordinating with Account Executives in all stages of project development.
General administrative tasks as required/assigned.
Account Coordinator requirements:
BA degree or higher in related field.
1-2 years of relevant working experience or combination of internships and working experience.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to work in a cross functional environment.
Familiar with general concepts of an agency/client relationship as it pertains to advertising.
Project management skills.
Ability to quickly learn new processes/technologies on the job.
Understands basics of MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize task delegations against deadlines (will share responsibilities across four brands).
Passion in marketing/pharma industries preferred.
