Account Coordinator

An advertising agency is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their team for a long term contract.

Account Coordinator responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day details of Clients' projects, from initiation to completion on time and within budget with minimal supervision
• Updating all relevant marketing/business portals.
• Assures that all Agency paperwork, estimates, billing, and timelines are correctly completed and filed.
• Uploading/archiving files to the client’s industry-specific cloud storage tool.
• Maintaining estimate files and project history files for all assigned accounts.
• Processing new project work orders, assigning job numbers, and coordinating with Account Executives in all stages of project development.
• General administrative tasks as required/assigned.

Account Coordinator requirements:

• BA degree or higher in related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience or combination of internships and working experience.
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to work in a cross functional environment.
• Passion in marketing/pharma industries preferred.
