Our client, a marketing agency in Denver, is adding an Account Coordinator to their growing Accounts team. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Colorado’s top agencies! We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role!

Skills:

  • Lend operational support to account team.
  • Develop timelines in partnership with traffic, production, and creative partners.
  • Proof all work to ensure accuracy before sharing with clients and senior account team.
  • Manage deadlines to ensure all projects are completed on time.
  • Track project hours to ensure they are delivered within budget.
  • Work with vendors to request quotes for production projects and facilitate pricing to the client with assistance from lead account person.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience at an agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or sales-related major).
  • Up-to-date resume with references.
