Our client, a fun, small agency located in the heart of the Loop is seeking a Contract Account Director to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of the relationship with one specific insurance/financial services client.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees client-specific strategic and account service activities and processes
  • Directs and manages client business initiatives and manages overall client programs
  • Develop and manages estimates and proposals
  • Is knowledgeable in the clients’ industry, objectives and strategy
  • Works with the integrated team to develop and implement the strategy and plan
  • Reviews all client creative concepts to confirm whether they meet strategic goals before they are delivered to the client for approval

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years agency experience, some of that must be B2B
  • Both traditional and digital experience
  • Be able to manage multiple client contacts and projects
  • Hands-on approach and bewilling to dig into client/project work
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
