Our client, a boutique, woman-owned marketing and advertising agency, is looking for an Account Executive to support the New Business function of the agency and it's creative collective network.

The agency is on a flex on and off-site working schedule so candidates must be open to going on site in NYC. This role begins June 7th on a freelance to hire basis.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting into the CEO with a dotted line to partner agency leaders, support new business development
  • Coordinate and execute introduction meetings and capabilities presentations along with RFPs, RFIs and creative pitches from request through deck development and final presentation
  • Work with the CEO to coordinate and engage in direct client interactions on a daily basis
  • Lead the coordination of the partner agency network in response to all RFPs, helping to determine which agency capabilities support the best response
  • Overseeing and helping to develop SOWs and budgets ensuring that proposals are efficient for clients and profitable for clients
  • Ensure that the new business process is on time, ensuring that partner teams deliver work as timelines dictate
  • Act at the steward ensuring that all deliverables are best in class, maintaining a high standard as expected by clients
  • Continuously look to take the lead on your projects that promote the development of the agency and business
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 4+ years of Account Management of experience with exposure to New Business RFP processes
  • Experience with developing pitch presentations from start of an RFP through to final presentation
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, prioritization and management skills to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met
  • Commitment to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of urgency and dedication to following-up and remaining in open communication
  • Attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with managing remote teams, utilizing cloud software to streamline communications
