Onward Search has an awesome opportunity for a Account Executive at a top San Francisco based advertising agency. We’re looking for someone with stellar agency experience to manage the crap out of a wide variety of clients and projects. Working as part of an account group, our client will be counting on you to develop scopes of work (including timelines and pricing) and project briefs and then wrangle agency resources across our media, planning, and creative teams to deliver what you promised – on time and on budget.

This is a 4-6 week on site contract opportunity located in SF that kicks off ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed client timelines and budgets for online and offline deliverables
  • Draft project briefs, SOWs, RFPs, and vendor contracts
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Produce meeting reports and action items lists, and handle follow-up to both
  • Oversee client billing and invoicing
  • Collaborate with the planning and creative teams to relay client needs and revisions
  • Put together presentations and case study documents
  • Work directly with senior account staff to develop strategic marketing plans that cater to varying target audiences

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of direct experience working in an ad agency
  • Strong project management skills across on and offline deliverables
  • Experience with digital marketing, website design, and social media projects
  • Excellent communication skills: writing, presenting, conversing, networking
  • Ability to juggle projects and multitask like whoa
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A sense of humor
  • Mac-friendliness is a plus!
  • Experience with healthcare and/or B2B technology is a BIG plus!
