Our client, a fun, energized, and close-knit agency in the West Loop, is seeking an Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will client-face, PM, and make sure things get done. Creativity is encouraged, no matter the occasion.

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining day-to-day communications and building long-term relationships with a range of B2B and B2C clients
  • Project management for full creative project lifecycles from estimating to delivery
  • Collaborating with creative and technical colleagues and vendors to produce high quality, creative marketing communications

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years marketing/design agency experience
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. Thoughtful, proactive working style
  • Experience in managing interactive, web, print, video and integrated marketing projects
  • Experienced in agency procedures--billing time, budget management, managing multiple relationships and projects at once--both internally with staff and externally with clients and vendors
