Onward Search is on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our boutique ad agency client for a full-time role. This role can start either direct or on a freelance-to-hire basis.

You'll report to the Managing Director and work with the CEO in our client's LA office. You will liaise with the client, help to set account/ marketing strategy for clients in the fashion/ beauty industry.

This is a role that works with elite creatives and elite creative work in both the LA and NYC markets.


  • Managing client relations for project-based work - typically 2-3 clients.
  • Helping to set the overall strategy of the meetings.
  • Help with scoping/ resourcing projects with Producer and Managing Director.


  • 3+ Years experience working for ad agencies.
  • Prefer candidates who have worked with both small/ large ad agencies.
  • Prefer candidates who have PM skills, but it's not a requirement.
  • Must have experience working for beauty, fashion, lifestyle brands.
  • Must have a strong work-ethic, be determined, and client-facing.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
