Account Manager

Onward Search's client, an Advertising Agency in Irvine, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. You will be maintaining client relations and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently in coordination with the Account Director. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project.
• Develop proposals and scope of work documents for design print and packaging projects.
• Review proposals with an Account Director and creative and production lead to align on the design process, timelines and hours allocation.
• Plan projects to meet goals within constraints of time, cost and material specifications.
• Create detailed timelines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources.
• Run and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis in support of an Account Director.
• Collect the necessary assets from the client.
• Develop competitive decks for internal teams to get up-to-speed on the category.
• Participate in the creation of presentations with the creative lead.
• Attend meetings with the client as appropriate.
• Document meeting feedback if present and gain alignment from internal team and client before moving forward with next steps.
• Juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Manage to invoice and provide weekly job financials including job profitability, and new project pipeline.
• Maintain organized project files, work folders, and client records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Account Management experience in a fast-paced, agency environment.
• BA/BS or above in applicable field.
• Previous experience in a position with high visibility/communication with clients.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Previous experience working on projects that are massively print focused; production teams, print vendors, etc.
• Ability to work on-site in Orange County, 40 hours a week.
• Ability to travel to client site as necessary.
• Highly proficient on Mac OS and MS Office suite.
