Our client, a boutique marketing and advertising agency, is looking for an Account Executive to support their marquee client. The agency is currently on a flex on and off-site working schedule so candidates must be open to going on site. Candidates must be local to the NYC area.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as a client facing leader of the agency, managing client relationships and the internal agency processes to deliver best-in-class service to the client
  • Continuously look for new opportunities that are in-line with the company mission/vision to develop the client's business
  • Establish strong internal relationships with your counterparts across Project Management, Strategy and Creative to deliver projects as an integrated team
  • Work with the strategy team to develop insights that bridge the gap between consumer and client
  • Partner with Project Management to accurately scope projects, manage estimates, build and maintain schedules and traffic as required
  • Support the account lead to ensure project stay on message and are delivered on time and on budget
  • Work with external vendors such as production companies, research groups and partner agencies
  • Support agency marketing initiatives including new business pitches from time to time
  • Continuously look for ways to improve your work and to educate the agency on new trends in the creative marketing agency world
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 4-5 years of Account Management experience in an Advertising or Creative Agency environment
  • B2B experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of the fully integrated creative world from digital and social through to video, print and direct mail
  • Proven track record of building strong client / agency and vendor relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills that allow you to move seamlessly from one project to the next
  • Ability to stand up and present to clients
