We’re looking for two experienced, motivated Account Supervisors with experience in the automotive industry experience for a fantastic Temp to Hire Opportunity in Detroit MI.

As account supervisor you will manage the delivery of services to a high-potential new client. You will work closely with the internal business teams developing integrated marketing projects. One of the roles will be working with e-Commerce and site builds. While the second role will be the day to day contact for a premiere brand leading a digital presence rebranding. The Account Supervisor manages day to day client relationships and helps to develop strategic plans based on understanding of client marketing and business objectives. Also, monitors tactical efforts to ensure adherence to strategic plans, budgets and objectives. This includes managing resource allocation towards profitability, ensuring deliverables meet strategic requirements of the client, add value to the client, and meet quality standards.

Skill Set:

  • Relationship building and project management skills
  • Collaborate with internal project managers to outline client requirements, represent client interests, help prioritize delivery efforts, and ensure excellence in output
  • Keep up to date with key developments at assigned clients and communicate these to internal teams when relevant. Be generally informed about key developments and players in healthcare technology
  • Ability to think strategically, work directly with clients and other stakeholders and focus on bringing in new business
  • An understanding of current and emerging marketing and advertising trends


  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in account management, and a basic understanding of pharmaceutical marketing
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to lead calls/meetings in off hours
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in marketing or sales-related major)
  • Up-to-date resume with references
