Our client, a fast-growing independent Pharma Advertising agency, is looking for an Account Supervisor with Oncology Advertising experience to join their team. This role begins on-site in NYC in January.

What you'll be doing:

  • Run the day-to-day client relationship and execution of account activities, reporting into the SVP, Account Director.
  • Partner with a robust team of Strategists, Project Managers, Producers, Editors and Creatives to develop and execute across integrated Oncology advertising.
  • Work with the Strategy lead and clients to develop consumer and brand insights to drive work.
  • Drive the account planning process in partnership with agency leadership and clients, proactively looking for opportunities for organic and new business growth.
  • Utilize your experience to mentor and grow junior team members.
  • Continuously stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments to develop your own skills and experience.
  • Look for ways to use research and data outputs to continuously improve your team's effectiveness.
  • Other tasks may apply.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related communications, marketing or medical study.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Pharma Advertising including consumer facing campaigns.
  • At least 6 months of Oncology experience.
  • Experience managing junior account talent.
  • Proven ability to develop strong client and team relationships.
  • Ability to manage concurrent work streams and projects at once.
  • You are a creative thinker with the ability to partner with other team members to ideate new opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
  • Bonus: Experience working with Veeva for MLR Reviews.
