Our client, a leading digital marketing and advertising agency, is looking for an Account Supervisor to join their team. This role begins immediately on-site in New York City.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting into the Head of Account Management and managing a small team including an Account Executive and Assistant Account Executive.
  • Act as the main client liaison to your set of clients, managing the briefing process, developing timelines, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Supervise the creation of media programs with the media department, helping to sell in strategies and tactics that represent the agency's approach to achieving client objectives.
  • Partner with the strategy team to take the client's business issues and translate them into actionable briefs.
  • Work with the integrated agency team to present creative work, strategies and research findings to clients.
  • Own the full lifecycle of your projects from inception through development, coding (for digital/web), launch, optimization and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop strong, lasting client relationships and look for opportunities to grow the business with those partners.
  • Once up to speed, you'll have the opportunity to look for new business opportunities.
  • Partner with the finance team to ensure your projects and team allocations are kept on track.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency working on video, print, digital and web communications.
  • Must have experience in digital production.
  • You have an excellent way to stay organized.
  • Strong communicator in person, phone, email and via video conference.
  • Proven ability to present and write compelling presentations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
