  • Develop testing campaign, identify audiences, and design/iterate/execute creative testing on Facebook and Search to drive more efficient cost per acquisition and higher conversion rate.
  • This person will manage 2 projects and will oversee bringing customers at an efficient CPA while helping the teams to scale up
  • Design, iterate and execute creative testing on Facebook & Snapchat to drive more efficient cost per acquisition and higher conversion rate
  • Identify new opportunities with audiences to target with top performing ads to expand reach and scale customer acquisition efforts
  • Develop testing campaign structure for Google and Bing Search Ads (SEM) to drive higher transactions at an optimized CPA
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that could be causing a breakage between the app (Setlist) and marketing platforms, ensuring they are working correctly (Adjust)
  • Create weekly reporting for key stakeholders showing drivers of performance, key takeaways and next steps
  • Guide agency on Amazon search with the intent to bring it in-house
  • Knowledgeable about other channels (Pinterest, Spotify, YouTube etc.) to identify and pilot new acquisition channels
  • Proven industry experience. At least 3-5 years with proven results
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as performance marketing / acquisition leader
  • MUST: Facebook, Google (Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery), Bing, Snapchat
  • Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
  • Ability to discover, understand, and communicate the business requirement
  • Ideal/Plus: LinkedIn, Pinterest, Programmatic, YouTube, Spotify, etc.
