Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Account Coordinator for an independently owned, full-service branding, advertising and public relations agency in Baltimore, MD who is known for a culture of collabation, career growth, and encouraging individual talent.

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll: 

• Join the Client Services Team to manage workflow and provide support across print, advertising, social, digital, broadcast, promotions, B2B marketing, direct marketing.
• Serve as a liaison with Agency departments including media, accounting, broadcast, traffic and creative in support of creative, project and media strategies.
• Review media and creative executions to ensure quality-controlled and on-strategy deliverables.
• Participate in internal Agency and Client meetings.
• Create status meeting documents such as  hot lists, client status reports, conference reports, media authorizations, traffic documents.
• Keep team abreast of industry and competitive information

Skills & Experience Needed:  

• The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, flexible and resourceful with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced Agency environment. 
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Mass Communications is desirable
