Onward Search's client is seeking an Ad Ops Coordinator to join their team. You will be managing the day to day ad operations process serving as the resident expert on trafficking and tagging. You will also be accountable for the following skills and competencies.


  • Provide recommendations for campaign improvement as well as making sure all campaigns execute and run smoothly.
  • Key point person across team communicating and collaborating with the internal media team, as well as client teams in the success of media campaigns.
  • Help manage multiple client relationships across brands client facing when need be, ensuring that deadlines are met, including managing team expectations.
  • Pull campaign reports and assist with presentations.
  • Being extremely detail oriented as minor errors can be devastating to a campaign meaning loss of revenue.


  • 1-2 years experience in ad trafficking and campaign management with a general understanding of how the paid media process works.
  • Traffic and QA campaigns/creatives across all digital platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and investigative skills focused on problem solving and solutions, guide the team accordingly.
  • Experience working in DCM, Sizmek, or other 3rd party ad serving platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Has a general understanding of media planning and buying.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Pro-active problem solver and solution seeker.
  • Most importantly positive, can-do, and customer-centric attitude towards your work.
