Onward Search is seeking an AD OPERATIONS MANAGER for a full time position with an agency. Role can be remote or onsite in CO. This role is responsible for trafficking and executing digital campaigns, supporting the digital and media teams and working with third-party ad serving platforms and vendors to ensure excellence.

 Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in ad ops with a focus on digital media with strong use of Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, ad serving systems and platforms
  • Reporting, providing analytics, QA'ing
  • Experience with multi-channel digital media including rich media required
  • Prior experience setting up, running, and optimizing the use of an Ad Server
  • A personal active interest in the health & wellness lifestyle category
  • Manage creative assets and implement ad rotations, targeting, and tracking
  • Working closely with vendors to perform quality assurance and analysis of creative assets and third-party ad tags
  • Organize and implementation of tracking using GTM
  • Oversee and troubleshoot the work of the third parties, vendors on implementation, delivery and functionality
  • Solid understanding of media planning objectives in order to strategize on best case placements, setups and reporting
  • Responsible for daily spend to ensure on target with monthly budgets
  • QA deliverables
  • Provide various reporting requirements and functions 

Salary range: $65-85k
