Our client, a trendy streaming is looking to have an Ad Sales Specialist join their team for a family leave coverage, proactively 6 months that could lead to longer term or conversion.

We are looking for a client-facing Global Agency Development Lead that will join our Global Agency Team to cover for a team members parental leave for approximately 6 months. You will manage all partnership work streams and general business management for the designated holding company, including our global joint business plan. World class communication and service are key. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music, podcasts, and beyond.

What You Do:

  • Development Holding Company strategy and innovation partnerships that drive business outcomes
  • Own ongoing partnership communications, including cross-market updates, toolkits, partnership playbooks and bi-weekly and monthly check-ins
  • Project manage the execution of scalable holding company programs with internal and agency stakeholders, including education programs, data/insights work streams, tool management, and other innovation-driven programs
  • Liaise with agencies, with a specific focus on partnership work stream activation and key influencer constituents
  • Partner with agencies and local sales teams to document and merchandise partnership success stories to help shape how brands and agencies can further drive successful business outcomes
  • Develop monthly partnership newsletter to be shared with holding company leadership
  • Own presentation development to meet agency needs
  • Own development and execution of Global QBRs and partner with Local leads on local QBRs
  • Maintain collaborative and highly communicative relationships with local and cross functional internal stakeholders

Who Are You:

  • You know how to operate with a high degree of service, strong communication, and a global mindset
  • You are experienced with 4+ years advertising sales/ account management, partnership development, and/or business development experience supporting agencies or accounts
  • You have a deep understanding of how media and creative agencies operate
  • You are a self-starter and know how to effectively communicate across matrixed organizations with senior stakeholders
  • You care about details, but are skilled in project management and prioritizing strategic activities that can be scaled
  • You have significant cross-functional experience, strong presentation development skills, know how to interpret sales data to identify business gaps/opportunities, and experience working with senior agency executives that you can tell us about
