Our client, a large financial company located in downtown LA is looking to hire an Admin/Print Coordinator to work in their Print Center. You will be responsible for reception duties, general coordination, greeting visitors, helping with paperwork and assisting with projects in Adobe Suite if possible.

Responsibilities, skills and experience:

  • Receiving high profile guests
  • Answering our internal “help desk” phone line
  • Creating and tracking facilities work orders
  • Daily Reporting
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Detail oriented
