Onward Play's exciting gaming client is looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support Information Security (InfoSec) Business Operations and the departments teams. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, onboarding new hires, coordinating critical meetings such as quarterly all hands or offsite events, and helping Information Security teams with expense and travel policies. This position requires a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
• Support the day-to-day InfoSec operations
• Support the InfoSec team with back office tasks
• Track travel, supplies, gift card and warchest spending
• Manage the Infosec email distribution list
• Plan, organize, and execute department-wide events and meetings
• Coordinate travel for InfoSec events
• Plan meetings and conference calls, occasionally including calls across multiple time zones around the globe
• Record meeting minutes and notes
• Craft written and visual department-wide communications, both internal and external
• Assist in the development of presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, and other tools
• Handle administrative paperwork and maintain files
• Back-up the Executive Assistants to ensure workload balance is met
Requirements
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of four (4) years of administrative experience, preferably in Information Security or other technology department
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Google Suite experience
• Self-starting personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels and with all personality types
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willingness to continually learn
• Experience seeking out appropriate resources when necessary and utilizing them effectively

Employer Details:
Pay: $17 - $25 hourly
