Educational Institution in the Boston area is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a contract engagement with the possibility to go perm.
The Program Assistant will assist and be supervised by the Program Director and will focus on programming and other activities for the Senior Leadership Fellows. Tasks will include:
Manages events that may arise during fellowship: Runs a farewell reception event to honor each fellowship.
Manages the Program’s WordPress web pages.
Manages the program’s social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and creates social media strategies.
Oversees day-to-day function of the Program’s Teaching Assistants (~2-4 per academic year) and Student Liaisons (~6-10 per academic year).
Works with the program director to develop a strategic agenda of meetings and activities tailored to each incoming fellow. Connects each Fellow with relevant resources, students, faculty, etc.
Makes arrangements for routine professional cleaning of the apartment unit. Responsible for general upkeep of the apartment unit and communicates needs and issues with the appropriate resources.
