Onward Search is looking for an Account Coordinator with agency internship experience to join our award-winning agency client in Raleigh for an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity!

Looking to get your foot in the door with a prominent advertising agency in Raleigh? We have an opportunity open to entry-level candidates who are recent college graduates! You must offer internship experience, preferably in an agency environment.

Job Summary:

  • You will support the agency's Accounts team with regard to all aspects of digital marketing efforts on behalf of agency clients
  • Support and coordinate client projects, deliverables and tasks that include client feedback, reviews and approvals
  • Communicate and document project status, alongside Digital Producer and Account Team, for presentation to clients, team members and management
  • Analyze existing accounts, qualify and validate client-specific needs and develop solution criteria
  • Enhance client relationships through internal support of the Account Team, idea generation, reporting, communication and integration across internal work process and flow


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, PR, or related field
  • Strong internship experience required, preferably in an agency environment. No professional experience necessary
  • A current resume, 3-5 professional and/or academic references, and a cover letter are required for submittal and should be included at the time of application


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
