We are looking for an experienced Agile Program Management Lead. This person defines, plans, executes, and measures performance of rapid prototypes focused on piloting and enhancing customer experience concepts and capabilities. The Agile Program Management Lead managers, and coordinates associated activities and timelines to deliver concepts to market.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing digital programs
  • Agile project delivery
  • Familiarity with marketing tech tools, including Adobe suite
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Detail oriented and results driven
  • Ability to effectively manage global teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive results
  • Passion or interest in customer experience
  • 7-10 years of results-based experience preferred in CX, digital product management, or project management
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Experience working in a PMO environment preferred
  • Involvement in large-scale transformation program is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree
