Agile Resourcing Manager. This person will work within our Program Team that defines, plans, executes, and measures performance of rapid prototypes focused on piloting and enhancing customer experience concepts and capabilities. The Resourcing Program Management Lead owns and facilitates ongoing resource management activities to deliver PCE concepts to market.


  • Accurate resource planning and forecasting
  • Rapid identification and filling of role/skill needs
  • On time delivery of projects
  • Accountable, in close partnership with Program Management Lead and the IT Resourcing Lead, for resource management and planning within the team
  • Responsible for ongoing resource management activities, including management of resource allocation to program and projects, resource forecasting, and addressing resource and skill needs on an ongoing basis
  • Work with the Concept Teams and Workstreams to understand resourcing needs including skill/role, experience level, support level, duration, and number of resources required to complete work
  • Work with appropriate Leads to drive role definitions/charters, identify and align internal stakeholders, and determine organizational alignment, role level, compensation structure, and reporting structure
  • Own and facilitate ongoing resource planning meeting cadence
