AI Designer (Unreal, AAA)

**Position: AI Designer (US/Canada)**

**Role and Responsibilities:**

As an AI Designer, you will be a crucial part of our design team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI systems that enhance player interactions within our games. Your responsibilities will include:

1. **Collaboration with Design Team:**
   - Work closely with the design team to define AI requirements and establish clear goals for the game.
   
2. **AI System Development:**
   - Design and develop AI behaviors, decision-making systems, and mechanics that enrich player interactions with non-player characters (NPCs) and enemies.
   
3. **Adaptive AI Systems:**
   - Create robust AI systems capable of adapting and responding to player actions, dynamically adjusting the game's challenge level for an optimal gaming experience.
   
4. **Cross-Team Collaboration:**
   - Collaborate with engineers, artists, animators, and sound designers to ensure seamless integration of AI behaviors into the game world.
   
5. **Playtesting and Iteration:**
   - Conduct extensive playtesting, gather feedback, and iterate on AI systems to achieve optimal balance and enhance the overall gameplay experience.
   
6. **Programming Knowledge:**
   - Possess a working knowledge of C-based languages to effectively implement AI systems.

7. **UE Blueprint Proficiency:**
   - The ideal candidate should have prior experience developing and executing AI systems utilizing UE (Unreal Engine) blueprints.

8. **AI Techniques Familiarity:**
   - Demonstrate familiarity with AI techniques, including pathfinding and behavior trees, to create intelligent and immersive NPC interactions.
