Our client is the leader in patient ambassador training, story sharing, and programs. We produce patient-facing materials both branded and unbranded, for the pharmaceutical and health/wellness industry. Numerous brands include globally known treatments and medications to start-ups. We’re looking for a creative, seasoned copywriter who can create impactful concepts and copy for promotional materials—with a patient-first approach for patients and HCPs.

Candidates should have a proven ability to create fresh, compelling patient concepts and on-strategy marketing and advertising materials that work across channels and drive action.


  • Develop fresh, original, creative, on-strategy promotional concepts
  • Produce compelling, accurate copy for print (ads, brochures, flyers, in-office materials), video, event materials, and digital media
  • Be able to work as part of a creative team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work within the legal and regulatory restrictions of pharmaceutical marketing
  • Prepare regulatory submissions per client processes and guidelines
  • Meet internal and external deadlines
  • Skillful, knowledgeable presentation of work internally and to clients
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality pieces that reflect company’s professionalism and strengthen our company’s reputation


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, pharmaceutical/healthcare experience a plus
  • Portfolio that demonstrates creative and technical skills across all media
  • Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Understanding of and ability to work with medical concepts, information and data
  • Experience with FDA guidelines regarding promotional claims

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
