Site Merchandising Specialist

Onward Search needs a Site Merchandising Specialist for a multinational retail company. 

You'll join their in-house marketing agency that is uniquely designed to help brands reach hundreds of millions of shoppers across their entire shopping journey, online and in stores.

This is a 6+ month contract assignment with the likelihood of an extension. Hybrid work schedule in Bentonville, AR.

Job Description:

Manage day-to-day eCommerce site operations projects - item setup, product categorization, item ranking and visual merchandising
Build and optimize site for multiple departments and seasonal campaigns
Resolve small to mid-sized back-end issues related to item setup in a content management system, attribution and navigation
Be able to conceptualize, build and maintain backend website taxonomy to support new and existing business categories, optimizing experiences for discoverability and SEO
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables is required
Experience in any combination of retail and omni-channel operations, or eCommerce logistics is a PLUS
