We are seeking a senior level graphic designer to assist in leading a creative team in the support of a commercial brokerage team. The candidate will help manage and delegate responsibilities to the designers and provide direction, develop ideas and see designs through to completion.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Excellent design skills and creativity with awareness of new design trends and emerging technology
  • Knowledge of file resolution, sizes and types, as well as some knowledge of pre-press and print production
  • Highly organized, motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task under the pressure of deadlines


  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Creative Manager
  • Design and lay out a variety of print and online materials, such as flyers, brochures, marketing boards, direct mail pieces, Powerpoint presentations, event materials and eblasts
  • Conceptualize and illustrate graphics including logos, icons and vector illustrations
  • Assist with all aspects of event planning such as developing themes and managing vendors


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
