Onward Search has a great new opportunity with a big eCommerce client in Bellevue, WA. This opportunity is for a Communications Specialist that can start immediately onsite at our client’s office. You will be part of a team that manages all paid online marketing activity for the company as well as CRM activities like email and mobile push notifications.   • Expert of all organizational communications, including both internal to the organization as well as other company stakeholders
  • Assisting in financial management of organization's budgets
  • Authoring content and design of communications and presentation materials
  • Creation and maintenance of knowledge bases, both internal and company-facing (intranet pages, wikis, etc.)
  • Planning, preparation, and execution for various organization meetings, large and small


  • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in online marketing, employee communications, or other related marketing positions
  • Must have a BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications or related field required
  • Prior experience in product marketing, employee communications, or other related marketing positions
  • Understanding of the corporate communications field (techniques, technology, issues, concerns, and methods)
  • Previous experience in working directly with clients, team members, technical experts, professional staff, and senior management
  • Strong project management skills with ability to translate business needs into practice
  • Analytically-inclined with knowledge of basic business metrics and accounting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of organizational behavior principles
  • Highly refined skills of grammar and syntax; ability to adapt writing styles quickly
  • - Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications
