Onward Search has a new exciting opportunity with a big client. This opportunity is for an Executive Assistant who can start immediately at our client’s office in Washington, DC. If you are interested, apply today!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting, primarily, two executives providing support as needed to the newly formed Enterprise Team with day-to-day admin duties.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, coordinate conference calls, prepare dial in to calls, distribute handouts and agendas for meetings as needed.
  • Manage and maintain calendars including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, including international
  • Interfacing with management as high up as Board of Directors across organizations.
  • Plans/coordinates activities and events for onsite meetings and incoming visitors
  • Process expense reports
  • Copying, Filing, Sending packages
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including car services, flights and hotels both domestic and internationally
  • Other misc. executive assistant duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • C-suite support experience a MUST in a FAST-paced working environment
  • Candidate will be supporting President/ CEO level and
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Highly organized yet possesses an ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Perform well and calmly under pressure
  • Accurate, detail and deadline oriented
  • Articulate, flexible, collaborative and approachable
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Microsoft Word and Outlook skills required
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills necessary.
  • Ideal candidate is calm, confident and can work well under pressure/ tight demands
