Analyst with experience in GEC compliance needed for an ongoing contract with a Global organization based in the Draper Utah area.

Responsibilities: 

  • Building rules in order to meet changing business needs
  • Identifying gaps and areas for improvement
  • Analyzing data in order to identify the root cause of the process issue
  • Testing rules to build improved efficiencies and processes
  • Communicating change to key stakeholders

Manages Trust and Safety processes for Global Compliance by:

  • Collaborating with internal and external partners (for example, Compliance, Marketplace, Merchandising, Trust and Safety Operations) to resolve cross-functional implications
  • Analyzing results in order to measure the effectiveness of rules
  • Auditing rules to limit impact to legitimate transactions
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, catch rate, hit rate)

Background:

  • Ecommerce background
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel experience (for example pivot tables, end to end data analysis)
  • Data analysis experience
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • High degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity

Plus:

  • Risk, Policy or Trust and Safety experience
  • SQL experience
  • Content review or moderation experience
  • Understanding of SEO or SEM
