Seeking a Jr level Business analyst with 1-2 years experience to join a long-term project with the potential for perm or long term placement in the Draper Ut area.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with other ITSM change Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of services to the customers
  • Any experience surrouding ITSM will be a huge benefit
  • Change and problem management that works with ITSS. Problem and change management analyst role
  • Day to day: assessing and evaluating change requests, look at impact, risks, make recommendation if needed. Assisting with root cause, postmortems, attend daily stand-up meetings, go through teams and incidents on what’s happening. Create change management agenda minutes
  • Top three – basic understanding of ITLL, previous experience in discipline management change, understand of IT and Microsoft Suite. Work with support teams in the past. Previous working knowledge with BMC or Remedy. Focus is on change management
