The global financial firm is seeking an engineer with experience in Apache SOLR to join an ongoing and immediate need.

Description

  • 2-3 years of enterprise search application development and administration experience with Apache Lucene Solr.
  • 3+ years of development experience in Java, Spring framework, Spring boot, Restful Services, MQ, Kafka, and Unix, Apache, Tomcat.
  • 3+ years of AngularJs 4 UI JavaScript Frameworks, HTML5, Bootstrap.
  • 3+ years of strong Relational DB experience ArangoDB, Sybase, Oracle or MS-SQL.
  • Experience with cloud integration, circuit break patterns.
  • Experience with Javascript and Java testing frameworks such as Junit, Cucumber, Selenium, Protractor, etc.

Experience:

  • Experience in building a search engine using Apache Solr. The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in Apache Solr.
  • Experience in working on graph query & streaming expressions, have substantial experience in handling data with JSON, Java, SQL and other open source tools.
  • Experience in Elastic Search, Cloudera SDX, machine Learning skills is a plus.
  • Should have experience in DevOps platform, tools, programming & scripting experience in Linux & Windows platform.
