Onward Search is currently looking for an experienced art director to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will develop digital and print pieces based on existing brands, or ones that you create, for your clients. While working closely with writers, other designers and your creative director, you’ll develop new advertising concepts and brainstorm new solutions. You could see your ideas in traditional media or be shared socially.

Skill Set:

  • Exceptional design and conceptual skills
  • A background designing pieces for digital and social media
  • The ability to tell a story with words and then present those concepts to clients and colleagues
  • Project management skills and exceptional creative abilities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer or art director
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in design or advertising)
  • Up-to-date resume with samples of print, digital and broadcast
  • Experience with the latest design software
