The Art Director will work closely with his/her Creative partner to create, develop and execute non-traditional/beyond cutting edge ideas. Their day-to-day will consist of working across teams, building cutting edge solutions for brands to go to market.


  • Concept, develop and execute non-traditional/cutting edge creative ideas.
  • Capable of establishing a look & feel for all creative elements needed for presentations as well as those that go into the market.
  • Collaborate with internal production, strategy and account teams in all stages of the creative process.
  • Stay on top of trends through business/industry monitoring and outside resources (e.g., social trends, industry case studies, competitive work).


  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment such as: advertising, digital, or PR.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and a passion for design.
  • Strong portfolio with demonstrated examples of cutting-edge conceptual work.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
