Onward Search is looking for an Art Director, to join our rapidly growing client, for a permanent opportunity that starts within a month.

If you have experience managing teams at agencies with 25-50+ employees, across eCommerce and packaging in the beauty, health & wellness space, this will push you to the top of the list!

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing visual concepts.
  • Managing a team of designers.
  • Hands-on graphic design, packaging design, and web design (E-commerce).
  • Reviewing and approving designs and graphics developed by other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and managing design teams.
  • Experience creating and executing visual concepts.
  • Branding design experience.
  • Experience with website graphic design for E-commerce.
  • Product packaging design experience is preferred.
  • Health & wellness or beauty industry experience is preferred.
