Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for an Assistant Editor to join their team.

Skills:

  • Edit and convert short-form content for the digital/social vertical format.
  • Ingest, prep, sync, and organize incoming project footage, elements, and other media.
  • Create string outs, pull selects, and work on rough edits.
  • Become an expert user of our media server and help manage file structure and project workflows.
  • Troubleshoot tech issues such as access to server, font installs, and exports.
  • Coordinate content among fellow editors.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience as an assistant editor.
  • Fluent in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects.
  • Understanding video formats and codecs is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
  • Interested in Editing and Post Production.
