Our client, a consumer products company, is seeking an Assistant Game Producer for a 5-month contract that could extend.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Product & Publishing teams with developer relations, asset management, scheduling and brand approvals
  • Assisting with everyday tasks such as setting up meetings, drafting agendas, gather meeting materials and drafting detailed meeting notes
  • Coordinating with developers for the delivery of builds to production, publishing, QA, management and external vendors
  • Managing the ratings / privacy compliance submission process across several titles
  • Providing build feedback, analyze user comments, and work with production to solve product issues


  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent at Problem solving, tracking priorities, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a passion and knowledge of the video game industry
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills with consistent follow through
  • Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively across multiple groups
  • Previous work experience in mobile game production strongly preferred


  • Undergraduate degree in Project Management, Game Design and Management, Information Technology (or other related field)


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
