Onward Search is looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a premier eCommerce client in San Bruno to join their Seasonal Events Team.

Executes the seasonal activity plan on Online Grocery by completing the following milestones:

  • Build out event taxonomy and shelves
  • Coordinates the item collection process of event items, run content check and work with category merchandising to ensure items are online on time
  • QA of items from our content management system to site
  • Take competitor screen grabs
  • Creative requests – brief the creative team using this system and coordinates the approval process through the Activity Manager
  • Analytics – running reports for Activity Manager to summarize.
  • Pull Omniture click data for POV performance and supplier activity QA of all supplier activity – screen grabs to prove that they went live
  • QA of POV activity – items online and price monitoring
  • Assist in store expansion validation
  • Must be good at excel, standard level of data reading, quick to learn systems and prioritization.
  • Retail/Site Merchandising background would be a bonus.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
