Our client, an award-winning B2B agency, is in search of an Associate Creative Director of Design to join their team on a permanent basis beginning with a brief freelance trial period. This role will begin on-site in NYC immediately.


  • Shape the creative direction of the work your team produces.
  • Partner with your account, strategy and production teams to bring the brand strategy and creative to life.
  • Oversee your team of Design Directors and Designers ensure briefs are executed through the agency's vision and client's strategy.
  • Operate as the steward of the client's strategy, brand message and visual identity.
  • Concept and collaborate with the team at a higher strategic level, ensuring work pushes the brand forward.
  • Lead and nurture junior talent, providing them with clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • Act as the point person for all client interactions where the creative work is involved, presenting to all levels.
  • This role is primarily management focused, however, you will still be lending a hand to the execution of work.
  • Other tasks may apply. 
  • 7-10 years of design-focused creative work at a design or advertising agency.
  • B2B agency and creative work a must.
  • You have operated as a creative leader managing a team in at least one position.
  • Possess strong creative judgment, have executed innovative and inspiring solutions across channels.
  • Collaborative and open to working in both a team environment and on your own.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and can delegate work to your team as necessary understanding and utilizing each team members' strengths.
  • You want to build brands, sell products and do so with award-winning work.
  • A robust portfolio of highly polished work including B2B solutions.


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
