Associate Designer, CRM

Onward Play is seeking an Associate Designer, CRM for our worldwide known game studio whose games are played by millions of people every day. The Associate Designer, CRM you will help bring communications and digital experiences to life while providing value to millions of their game fans around the world. You'll work closely with the CRM/Lifecycle Marketing team and other CRM designers to create compelling visual, user-friendly designs across email, push notifications, and in-game messaging.

Priorities include:
• Create compelling, localized, and personalized visual designs that render well in all email clients, and in their In-Game Message of the Day - for all players globally.
• Research visual design trends in the digital marketing and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing space, providing recommendations and improvements to the team's templates and designs.
• Participate in team design review sessions and provide feedback when applicable.
• Offer thoughtful recommendations to improve creative and operational processes with the broader CRM team.

Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience creating digital designs for global entertainment or
industry adjacent brands.
• Experience with creating designs particularly for the email, web, or other digital
channels, understanding design considerations and limitations.
• A motivated, independent, self-starting attitude with strong organizational skills
and a demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to deliver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

Extra Points:
• Gaming experience a plus but not required. However, a strong willingness to learn our products and our customers is required.
