Our client, a streaming service, Associate Biddable Media Manager to join the Subscriber Acquisition team. You will be working on a cross-functional team to help execute media campaigns across Paid Social, Youtube, and Programmatic channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist team with end-to-end management of biddable media campaigns, inclusive of campaign set-up, quality checks and reporting
  • Help to plan and execute campaigns running across social platforms, YouTube, and various DSPs (Google, Verizon, TTD)
  • Develop a working knowledge of campaign objectives and goals, guidelines and strategies and an understanding of how that is translated into paid media
  • Contribute data and insights to regular reporting, such as weekly channel reports and content campaign wrap ups
  • Create and maintain campaign documentation inclusive of flowcharts, acquisition charts, media purchase authorizations, creative delivery charts, etc.
  • Maintain media budgets and overall budget summaries for assigned campaigns
  • Partner with Finance & Procurement teams to track purchase orders and ensure accurate invoice reconciliation
  • Manage records of media plans, insertion orders, team schedules, contracts, and more

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years executing biddable media campaigns across channels like Paid Social, Programmatic, and/or YouTube
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of acquisition strategy and direct response campaigns
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and successfully manage multiple assignments
  • Experience with Airtable or other project management tools
  • Experience with Media Tools or other media planning software
