Our client, a leading entertainment company, is seeking an Associate Partnership Manager to join their Distribution & Operations team for a 6-month assignment that could extend.

The Distribution & Operations team sits within their Digital Media group and is charged with distribution and monetization of premium content across the spectrum of digital partnerships and business models. These include a direct-to-consumer subscription services, ad-supported streaming across their digital properties and partner sites such as YouTube, MSN and Yahoo, transactional digital storefronts such as iTunes and Amazon, as well as digital MVPD products and partnerships.

The Associate Partnership Manager will help manage the daily operations and needs across EST (transactional) and vMVPD partnerships. They will also regularly work on identifying market trends, competitive research reports, strategic analyses and other varying projects aimed to help drive growth and revenue. Strong candidates will be self-starters who are passionate about both television entertainment and technology.


  • Manage relationships with partners to cultivate our ongoing EST business.
  • Manage the EST launch pipeline.
  • Manage day-to-day partnership maintenance: liaise with partners to solve issues and field any ad hoc partner requests.
  • Maintain key metric reporting and sales analyses to: help drive strategy, and identify opportunities for synergy.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across internal departments.
  • Conduct regular product audits across various platforms for consistency.
  • Conduct daily tracking and communication of competitive launches.
  • Identify market trends, work on competitive research reports, strategic analyses and varying projects aimed to help drive growth and revenue.


  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a Partnership Management or Operations role within a media company.
  • A demonstrated understanding of digital linear streaming, EST, SVOD and VOD space.
  • Strong proficiency in MS office applications, especially Power Point and Excel.
  • Stellar communication skills in these aspects: interpersonal, verbal, and written.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic with ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team, act proactively and drive resolution.
  • Ideal candidate will be self-directed; with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be able to work well under pressure, and quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a necessity.
