Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Associate Producer to join the Advertising Design team. You will create and manage creative timelines of all ad campaigns along with the following skills and competencies.


  • Be a point of contact for multiple projects at a given time, across multiple verticals
  • Coordinate client meetings and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing projects related to all sales initiatives including client and sales team communication
  • Work with a variety of internal departments at various stages of projects to ensure the smooth running and roll out of materials and executions are delivered on promised deadline.
  • Manage distribution assets and ensure all templates and materials are being used frequently and correctly.
  • Manage client assets and server, properly prep assets for designers when needed and archive after delivery.
  • Prepare pre-campaign research and assist with post-mortems.
  • Manage brand inquiry submissions.
  • Compile all ad mocks into keynote deck for final delivery and ensure successful delivery of all projects.


  • 2-3 years experience of project coordinating, preferably in an advertising agency or in B2B Marketing and Sales or within related field.
  • Understands production and types of files.
  • Proficient at MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote.
  • Strong communications skills – written, oral & good design aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations.
  • Candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
