As Associate Manager on the Advertising Solutions team, you will combine your project management and digital marketing skills to implement and manage turn-key solutions for our client's advertisers specifically as it pertains to assisting with the content creation and social media marketing.

You will also act as general support across the Advertising Solutions team to gain exposure to their entire product suites and assist with managing 360-degree marketing solutions for their partners.

The Associate Manager reports to the Principle Manager, Advertising Solutions and will work in tandem with the Ad Solutions, Advertising Operations, and Sales team to assist with sponsorship implementation, execution, in-market management, and reporting needs.

This position is based in Needham, MA.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance creativity with the ability to execute high-quality product content that can deliver measurable results. This person will assist with the creative ideation and content development process to complete custom advertising campaigns and proposals to support the Americas display sales team. He/she will be organized, articulate, possess strong quantitative skills, demonstrate knowledge of online social and media business and campaign reporting, take pride in their work, and deliver quality results.

Skills:

  • Manage execution of turn-key client campaigns, including client communications, image editing, the creation of tracking items, and content development.
  • Develop both internal and external creative briefs and production timelines.
  • Work directly with Ad Solutions Project Managers on developing and implementing social media strategies on a variety of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
  • Assist the larger Advertising Solutions team as required with tasks on larger campaign implementation - to include content translation request submissions, asset approvals, creating deliverable documents, research, and editorial tasks.


Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree, with online media or computer software experience.
  • Experience and success with social media marketing.
  • Client-facing experience, managing fast-paced projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience working with Doubleclick ad serving and reporting tools (DFP, DFA, DSM).
  • Excellent, demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • Photoshop skills are a plus.
  • Experienced in campaign management and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of online media, marketing, and advertising is required.
  • General computer skills are fundamental to this role as is numeracy.
  • Must possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
