Onward Search has an exciting and immediate opportunity for an Associate Project Manager (Creative Services) for their CPG client.

This is a 3+ month, 40 hrs/wk onsite role located in Petaluma, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal communications projects which will include posters/flyers, signage, collateral, apparel, and other marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate consumer marketing projects which (i.e., trade/ retailer ads, collateral, digital marketing, social media, sales support materials, promotional items, etc.).
  • Work closely with marketing, production and outside vendors to manage stakeholder communication and final deliverables for marketing projects with a tight turn around schedules.
  • Ability to skillfully reprioritize long- and short-term projects with changing requirements and timelines.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, take and distribute meeting notes and manage follow-ups.
  • Team player with the ability to work with direct and indirect team members in marketing, design, and production, as well as independently.
  • Willingness and ability to identify and recommend cost-effective, creative solutions.
  • Coordinate with outside resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Uphold the mission and quality of the company.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of agency and/or in-house agency experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Heavy print collateral background (i.e., posters, banners, apparel, tradeshows, in-store ads).
  • Project management acumen around timelines, deliverables and communication.
  • Ability to receive direction in a professional manner.
  • Ability to see the big picture while not losing focus of details.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft, Smartsheet or similar workflow tools (Asana, Wrike, Basecamp, Workfront, etc.).
  • Enthusiasm, versatility, and willingness to manage constantly changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and follow through and exceptional interpersonal skills.
